The first thing about music theory that anyone should learn is the major scale!
The major scale is made up of musical notes.
These musical notes are, C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and C.
I have made labeling systems with the C Major Scale in Yellow so it's easy to learn music theory!
You can get the Beginner Keyboard Version at the Keyboard Store HERE.
The big keys on a keyboard are all the C Major Scale (C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and C).
These notes of the C Major Scale are also sung as do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do!
The first C note is the root of the scale, and the last C note is called the octave in music theory!
It's all yellow, and so simple to understand with the Beginner RockinColors.com system!
Bass and Guitar Systems are also available to help you rock and learn music theory, too!
While the Beginner System can help anybody learn their C Major Scale, that's not all it can be used for!
The Beginner System is great for learning ALL of the most common chords in C Major, too!
So, if you want to learn scales, chords, songs, or write new songs of your own, the beginner system can help you!
And the next scale anyone should learn should be the A minor scale! Once you know the C Major Scale from above, the A minor scale is so EASY to understand!!
The A minor scale is made up of the same notes of C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and C.
But, there's one difference...you just start with the A note for the A minor scale! That's A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and A!
Same notes, different scale! Music theory in color! Look below...
All of the notes in the A minor scale are also Yellow with the Beginner RockinColors.com system! Easy, peasy!
Again, let's look at the guitar...
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and A! and then it repeats!
All Yellow notes with the Beginner RockinColors.com system!
And, once you get the most common scales and chords down,
the Advanced RockinColors.com system is waiting for you!
